Water Fitness is a good way to exercise by relieving stress on joints, but still receiving a good workout! We offer day, afternoon and evening classes, so there should be a time that works best for you! Classes are offered to all ages! We have water weights that range from light, medium and heavy, so the choice is yours. The friendly instructors are here to give you a great workout and answer and questions you might have.
